This Shipping Policy describes how aisle5ive.store (the “Site” or “we”) conducts delivery orders when you make a purchase from the Site.

OVERVIEW
Local delivery of groceries only applies for city of Dallas and Dallas County* residents. No deliveries to any other state are applicable at this moment, neither is international shipping. Deliveries are fulfilled through Aisle 5ive only. Orders placed day of by or before 11:00AM will be delivered same day. All other deliveries will be fulfilled next day or before**.

 

*Dallas County zip code deliveries are subject to change. We are constantly trying to find ways to expand our delivery area.

**Orders can sometimes come before next-day based on supply, demand and timing. We will notify customers when order is in route.
